To be an authorized affiliate of BobuxUSA, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the BobuxUSA service as an affiliate. By signing up for the BobuxUSA affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. BobuxUSA reserves the right to cancel our affiliation with you at anytime and for any reason, at our sole discretion. You also have the right to cancel your affiliation with BobuxUSA at anytime and for any reason. The commissions you have earned up to this point will be paid on the 15th of the month following cancellation. 2. Commissions will be paid on the 15th of the month for commission balances exceeding $100.00 from the prior month. Commissions are calculated by multiplying the Net Sale amount, excluding shipping/handling and any sales taxes. Commissions will be paid by paper check and mailed to address used to sign up for this affiliate program. 3. By signing up for BobuxUSA's affiliate program you agree to only use the banners and links provided by us. If you need custom banners or links please contact the affiliate manager at 800-315-3039 and we will try to accommodate your needs. All banners, logos and trademarks are the exclusive property of Bobux International Limited and must not be used for any other purpose, other than this affiliate program, without the express written consent of Bobux International Limited.
